If it feels grounding—not draining. Choose one of these. Or none at all. Both are valid.

• Do a calm orders check
  Take five quiet minutes to confirm everything that needed to ship has shipped—or is clearly communicated. No scrambling. Just clarity.
• Send one kind message
  A short “thank you,” a delivery update, or a warm holiday note to your customers builds trust and connection—and requires very little energy.
• Update expectations (once)
   If your shop or website needs a holiday note, banner, or auto-reply, do it simply. Clear communication now protects your peace later.

4. Tidy, don’t optimize
Close tabs. Flag emails for January. Straighten your workspace just enough that future-you won’t feel overwhelmed.

5. Reflect without fixing
Ask yourself:

What felt good this season? What felt heavy?
No answers required today. Just notice.

• Comparing your year to someone else’s highlight reel
